RULES:
1. The Cupcake Meet are not responsible for any citations, accidents, or anything negative that may occur during the cruise.
2. No reckless driving. This is NOT a race. Remember that there could be families on the road as well.
3. Respect other drivers.
4. Use common sense.
5. Wash those cars, fill those tanks up, and let's have a fun and safe cruise!
