LOL this project has be canceled. Austin could not get the approval of F1 officals. Now it will just remain as it sits

the F1 race is delayed a year, the track is still on schedule and has contracts for MotoGP and V8 Supercar.
A Former track partner held the F1 contract, they have since re-negotiated after the former track partner missing a Nov1 deadline which was needed for the track itself to re-negotiate with F1.
But yes technically, the original F1 contract was cancelled and has since been completely re-written with a debut F1 race in 2013.
They also lost thier exclusivity in the United States thanks to the former track partner guy, Telesomething was his name.
Track is still moving forward.
